Sirloin Roast


A truly beefy sirloin roasting joint with rich flavours and succulence. Best served medium rare so it's pink and juicy in the middle. Try searing the fat and sprinkling plenty of sea salt over the joint before roasting.

About The Farmer:

All of our award-winning, grass fed beef is home-reared here on the banks of the River Lyd at Strawberry Fields in Lifton. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
