FAQ'S PUMPKIN FEST

What you need to know!

  • QR Codes on entry

On arrival please follow the signs to PUMPKIN FEST and have your QR codes on your tickets ready to scan. Please note that the QR codes are only sent out for Pumpkin Fest - if you have purchased tickets for the Maize Maze you will only need your confirmation email to enter the maze.

  • How long can we stay at PUMPKIN FEST?

The time slot you are booking is your arrival slot - you can then stay as long as you like!

  • Where should I park?

Ample parking is available on site including disabled access. Please follow the signs.

  • Are tickets refundable?

All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. If you have any issues with your booking please email info@strawberryfieldslifton.co.uk at least 24 hours prior to your booked date and we will do our best to accommodate any amendments.

PLEASE NOTE: admin fees may apply.

  • cAN I BRING MY DOG?

Dogs (and cats!) are permitted at Pumpkin Fest, however we do ask that they are kept on leads at all times. Please leave your furry friends at home for Pumpkin Nights.
Please note: NO ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE FARM SHOP AND RESTAURANT.
  • Is the event wheelchair/pushchair friendly?

Due to uneven ground, the pumpkin patch may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, however the majority of Pumpkin Fest has full flat access.

  • Card payment only

Our event is cashless with card payment only to provide a fast, convenient and secure payment method.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

This is a rain, shine event - We will be there whatever the weather, so please be sure to wrap up warm!

Wellies/sensible footwear advised. As we are a farm we advise everyone should have wellies on and we would recommend old clothes or waterproofs for the children (encase of rain) - just so they can have the best fun!

  • Can I attend the maize maze on a different day?

The Maize Maze is an addition to Pumpkin Fest, to enter the maze you need to go through Pumpkin Fest - therefore tickets must be purchased alongside your Pumpkin Fest tickets and can also be purchased on the day if you wish to upgrade your experience.

  • Is the farm shop open for pumpkin nights?

The farm shop will be open until late on Pumpkin Nights evenings. The coffee shop and restaurant will be closed. There is a large variety of food, drinks and sweet treats at Pumpkin Fest in the food barn.

  • Do I need a torch for pumpkin nights?

Our site will be well lit with  plenty of glow sticks to go around! You may want to bring a small torch to help pick out your perfect pumpkin though it's not essential.
