Is there any more classic roasting joint than a beef topside? With a layer of fat running over the top of the meat, this is a cut rich in natural flavour. Make sure to save the juices when cooking for that mouth watering, homemade gravy!

About The Farmer:

All of our award-winning, grass fed beef is home-reared here on the banks of the River Lyd at Strawberry Fields in Lifton. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
