Where should we park?
How long can we stay?
The time slot you are booking is your arrival slot - you can then stay as long as you like! We usually recommend allowing at least 2-3 hours for your visit. The site will close at around 10:30pm.
is pumpkin nights suitable for children?
Pumpkin Nights are tailored to an older audience as opposed to Pumpkin Fest, however children are welcome at the event.
Can I have a refund/change my tickets?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted at Pumpkin Nights, although not recommended as there will be loud music, crowds and a fire show which many animals will be sensitive to. We ask that dogs are kept on leads.
Please note: NO ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE FARM SHOP AND RESTAURANT, THEY ARE WELCOME IN THE GARDEN ROOM.
Do you accept cash?
Our event is cashless with CARD PAYMENT ONLY to provide a fast, convenient and secure payment method. Cash is accepted in the farm shop and restaurant.
What should I wear?
This is a rain, shine (or snow!) event - so please be sure to dress to the October weather and wrap up warm! As we are a farm we advise everyone should have wellies/sensible footwear.
Do you offer carers tickets?
We offer complimentary Carers Tickets to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic of Pumpkin Nights safely and comfortably. This ticket is for individuals who are attending solely to support a guest with additional needs or disabilities.
Please Note: Carers must be accompanying a paying visitor who requires assistance. Max 1 carers per visitor.
Proof of carer status will be requested upon entry (e.g., a DLA/PIP letter, Access Card, or similar), if this is not provided - entry will be denied.
Is there much difference between pumpkin fest & pumpkin nights?
Yes – there’s quite a difference between the two!
Pumpkin Fest is a family-focused daytime event, perfect for younger children. It includes extra activities such as the barrel train, maize maze, acoustic live music, a daytime pumpkin patch, plus children’s entertainment like a magic show and circus show.
Pumpkin Nights is an evening event aimed more at adults and older children/teenagers. It features a separate twilight pumpkin patch, live band, fire show, and entertainment designed for older audiences (still family-friendly, just less focused on young children). Please note that the maize maze and barrel train are NOT OPEN at Pumpkin Nights.
At both events, you’ll find delicious food, a fully stocked bar, marshmallow toasting, and spectacular pumpkin displays – so whichever you choose, you’re in for a treat! 🎃
Is there food available?
Yes, there is plenty of food options at the Pumpkin Nights site. From loaded fries, to burgers, pizzas and more. There is also ice cream, donuts, bakery treats, pick & mix and plenty of coffee stations around the site - along with a well stocked bar.
Is the event wheelchair/push chair friendly?
Pumpkin Nights takes place mainly on woodchip-covered ground, which can be uneven and may make access more challenging for wheelchair users and pushchairs. The pumpkin patch itself is located in a field and can become muddy depending on the weather conditions. Visitors with mobility requirements should be aware that some areas may be difficult to navigate, particularly after wet weather.
Can I book a table in the restaurant?
The restaurant closes at 5:30pm. The restaurant gets very busy during our events, so we recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment. You can book a table here. There is also plenty of food options available at the Pumpkin Nights site.
What Time is the fire show/entertainment?
Each show (live music, fire show, entertainment show) will play at 3 different staggered times throughout the evening, there will always be a show about to start and everyone will get a chance to watch every show. Exact show times will be given to you at the Pumpkin Nights entrance.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes entry to the festival, all displays and photo opportunities, plus live music, fire shows and entertainment shows throughout the night.
All food and drink are available at an additional cost.
Please note that a pumpkin is not included in the ticket price. Pumpkins are priced according to their size, and sizing stations are conveniently located throughout the site.
do you offer nhs/blue light discount?
No, we do not offer NHS or Blue Light discount, or any other concessions.
do you offer group discount?
No, we do not offer discount for group bookings. If you would like to visit with a large group, please book tickets via our website as normal.
