For the perfect patty, grill until just pink in the middle to keep it juicy and pair with Davidstow's mature cheddar for the sharper edge. Add a few fresh lettuce leaves and a dollop of Stoke's real tomato ketchup, tuck it all into a fresh brioche roll from our bakery and take a big bite.
About The Farmer:
All of our award-winning, grass fed beef is home-reared here on the banks of the River Lyd at Strawberry Fields in Lifton. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
