Beef brisket is the ultimate BBQ showstopper. It's beautifully marbled with fat throughout and bettered only by dry ageing to increase it's naturally buttery flavour. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
