Rib Eye Steak
One of our favourite cuts of our grass fed beef. Dry aged for a developed flavour and matured on the bone for succulence, our beef rib eye steaks are meltingly tender and best served medium rare with a good brushing of garlic butter after cooking.
Choose from a 220g steak (serves 1) or a 300g meat lovers steak (serves 1 very hungry person)
About The Farmer:
All of our award-winning, grass fed beef is home-reared here on the banks of the River Lyd at Strawberry Fields in Lifton. The suckler herd are 100% grass fed and carefully farmed to produce the best tasting beef around. It is well hung the traditional way for at least 21 days to give it time to mature, gain a beautiful tenderness and guarantee a fantastically deep flavour.
